with YOU, our customer
Spam is a growing problem on the Internet. At
1dni.com, we understand this and take great care to avoid sending e-mail to
those customers who do not wish to receive it. Unfortunately, due to new ISP
e-mail policies and e-mail application features, some very important
1dni.com e-mail may get blocked from your account without you even knowing
it. We have had several recent cases where customer's domains or services
have expired because their renewal notices were being filtered by their
ISP's spam-blocking features (or sent to the wrong email address), if they,
themselves, had not included 1dni.com in the filters.
What you can do:

Ensure to add 1dni.com to your Spam Filter
Approved list, and/or notify your ISP to also do this,

Ensure that your contact email address is up
to date for each service you have with 1dni.com.

The Knowledge base is designed to provide answers to most questions you
may have. About 95% of all questions to support can be addressed
quickly within the Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base continues to
grow as new questions arise providing a quick and easy resource for

If your answer is not found within the Knowledge Base you may wish to
contact support directly. In order to email support you will need to
have a Support Account. If you do not
have a Support Account with us, you can sign up for a FREE support account

This allows our technical support department to document all inquiries.
This is the quickest method to resolving technical issues that require
immediate attention. Our technical support staff monitor emails
regularly and strive to respond as quickly as possible. Technical
support is available 24/7 via email. If you experience difficulty
accessing your Support Account then contact support

Telephone support is offered Monday Through Friday 8 AM – 6 PM by calling
1-877-553-9970. In order to provide the best support your call
may be answered by our automated answering voicemail. Once your call
has been answered please provide the following information in English
(non-English speaking clients must use the email support system):
Email address: Speak slowly and
repeat to ensure accuracy.
Domain name and registrar if different. Please speak
slowly and spell the domain name.
Please include any ( - ) and the extension ( such as .com, .net, .ca).
Full Name. Speak slowly and clearly. Indicate
first name and then last name.
Reason for the call. Please Be specific.
Telephone number. Include any country code if applicable.
Provide the best time to return the phone call.
Clients
located in different time zones (we are located in the Eastern Time zone)
should provide the best time to call.
If you get our automated answering voicemail, please leave
your message and we will respond to the request either by telephone or via email.
We DO respond to every legible message as quickly as possible. In order
to better serve you, messages with incomplete information will be handled AFTER
the complete messages have been resolved.
